By accessing or using Alpha Tales (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes.

Alpha Tales is an AI-powered project validation and collaboration platform that helps teams:

• Validate project ideas using artificial intelligence
• Generate comprehensive project requirements and documentation
• Collaborate in real-time on project planning and development
• Create user stories, features, and project roadmaps
• Access AI-powered insights and recommendations

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service. Source code and underlying software are not provided.

Alpha Tales owns the Service, software, documentation, and all related materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as needed to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs are yours to use in line with your plan; we do not claim ownership of them.

To access certain features, you must register for an account and you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You control workspace roles and permissions; you are responsible for how they are configured and used by your team.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations, or infringe intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe for vulnerabilities except where permitted by law
• Use the Service to build or support a competing product
• License, resell, or make the Service available to third parties outside your organization
• Introduce malicious code, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access or bypass security or rate limits
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or other abusive behavior
• Use in violation of export control or sanctions laws

We may investigate and take action, including suspension, for violations.

If we provide API access, we may set and enforce usage or rate limits. We may suspend or revoke API access that jeopardizes performance, security, or fairness of use.

The Service may interoperate with third-party applications (e.g., GitHub). Those are governed by their own terms. Use them at your discretion; we are not responsible for their availability, security, or performance.

Fees: Subscription fees are billed in the currency stated at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Billing & Renewals: You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you change plans or cancel. Update payment details to avoid suspension for non-payment.

Taxes: Fees exclude taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes unless you provide a valid exemption.

Disputes: Contact us within 60 days of a billing issue so we can review and resolve it.

Subscriptions run for the period shown at checkout and renew unless you cancel. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach after notice and an opportunity to cure, or immediately if use threatens the Service's security or availability.

On termination, access ends. Upon request, we will delete your workspace data within 30 days unless law or legitimate business needs require retention.

We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy.

We may collect aggregated, anonymized Service data to improve reliability and performance. We do not sell personal data.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring you have rights to the data you provide. For a data processing agreement, contact us.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where not permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to fulfill obligations under these Terms. Required disclosures by law are permitted with notice where legally allowed.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation.

These Terms form the entire agreement regarding the Service. They do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency. You may not assign them without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Governing law and venue: the jurisdiction where Alpha Tales is incorporated, unless otherwise required by law. Notices may be sent by email or through the Service.
