    How AlphaTales treats prompts, project material, generated output, originality, and review obligations.

    Summary
    Your project material stays yours. Generated output can be used by you, but it must be reviewed before use.

    1. Input ownership

    You retain the rights you have in project descriptions, prompts, documents, feedback, and other content you submit to AlphaTales. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

    2. Generated output

    Subject to applicable law, these policies, and third-party rights, you may use the AI-assisted output generated for your account or workspace. AlphaTales does not claim ownership of your private generated project artifacts.

    3. Important AI limits

    • Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case.
    • Generated output may not be unique, and another user may receive similar output.
    • AlphaTales does not guarantee that output is free from third-party rights or safe to publish.
    • You must review, validate, and adapt output before using it in product, commercial, legal, or technical decisions.

    4. Product improvement

    We may use usage patterns, feedback, diagnostics, and aggregated or de-identified data to improve AlphaTales. Any use of private project content for model improvement will follow the privacy commitments and controls we make available.

    5. Publishing and sharing

    If you publish or share generated output, you are responsible for checking accuracy, originality, permissions, confidentiality, privacy, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
