- Usage data such as pages visited, features used, timestamps, device, browser, IP-derived region, and logs.
- Support and communication data when you contact us or respond to product messages.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate AlphaTales and keep it secure.
- Provide accounts, workspaces, project workflows, AI-assisted output, and billing.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and protect service integrity.
- Improve reliability, usability, support, and product quality.
- Send account, billing, security, product, and support communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
3. AI and project data
Project descriptions, prompts, files, and generated outputs may be processed by AlphaTales systems and AI service providers to provide requested features. We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally publish private project content unless you choose to share, export, or publish it.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide AlphaTales, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support billing records. You may request account or workspace deletion, subject to legal, security, and backup-retention limits.
7. Your privacy choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict the use of personal information.

8. Children and teens
AlphaTales is not intended for children under 13. Users under the age of majority must have permission from a parent or guardian. See our Children and Teen Safety Policy.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should also keep credentials secure and report suspected account compromise promptly.
