Refund and Cancellation Policy

AlphaTales subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are billed to the payment method on file.

You may cancel a subscription from account billing settings or by contacting support.

• Cancellation stops future renewals.
• Access usually continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Deleting an account may remove access to active project data and generated output.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where AlphaTales confirms a refund in writing.

We may review first-time refund requests made within 7 days of a charge if there has been no substantial use of the paid plan. Refund approval is not automatic.

AI credits, usage allowances, and add-on credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire, reset, or be forfeited according to the plan terms shown when purchased.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@alphatales.io within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
