    Summary
    Only submit content you have rights to use, and report suspected infringement through our legal contact.

    1. User responsibility

    You are responsible for the content you submit to AlphaTales and for how you use generated output. Do not upload or generate content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights.

    2. Reporting infringement

    Send suspected infringement notices to legal@alphatales.io.

    • Identify the work or rights you believe are infringed.
    • Identify the AlphaTales content or account involved, with enough detail for us to locate it.
    • Provide your contact details and a statement that the report is accurate.
    • Confirm that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the rights owner.

    3. How we respond

    We may remove or restrict access to content, contact account owners, request more information, restore content where appropriate, or suspend repeat infringers.

    4. Disputes and corrections

    If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, contact us with the relevant context and rights information so we can review the decision.
