• Do not create, request, or distribute content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
• Do not use AlphaTales for scams, deception, impersonation, spam, or fraud.
• Do not use AlphaTales to provide professional legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice without qualified human review.

• Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or privacy rights.
• Do not submit private or confidential information unless you have authority to use it in AlphaTales.
• Do not collect, profile, expose, or distribute another person's sensitive information without permission.

• Do not probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or attack AlphaTales systems.
• Do not bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, usage controls, or safety controls.
• Do not scrape, bulk export, reverse engineer, or use automated access outside approved product features.
• Do not resell, lease, or make AlphaTales available as a competing or white-labeled service.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, rate limits, workspace restrictions, suspension, termination, or legal reporting when appropriate.
